lets bloggg~

ytd training was xiong 2 me la.. do so much thing... but at the v least i think dat tis is a proper training... i think the climb 9th storey the most ja lat... but i finish wif 33 sec.. =D.. but was like omg.. breath like toot.. haha... den aft training play 5 0n 5.. den play play play till 10+.. sit down awhile den jiu home sweet home...

2day working.. still ok.. BUT MY BOTH LEGS V PAIN... SOUR N PAIN.. WTH... cant even squad.. sit n stand up oso got prob.. nabei.. lol..
